The Story…

“Today is Jordan's first birthday and it's also the day that I am announcing my retirement from the WWE. As I write these words I have tears in my eyes because of the love I have for my WWE family, and especially for the WWE universe. For the last 10 years, WWE was my life, my world and my family. I was Rosa Mendes. Now I am Milena Roucka, and Jordan’s mommy”.

I wrote that nearly two years ago and it was announced worldwide. Since then, I have grown my business, Totally Fit Mama, LLC, with my friend and business partner, (certified health/nutrition practitioner), Courtney Daylong, into a true lifestyle brand

Our mission at Totally Fit Mama is to help busy women provide healthy, affordable, quick meals and snacks to the entire family while helping to achieve and maintain the fit body she deserves.

In our desire to start Totally Fit Mama, we both are VERY passionate about a few specific things. We knew if we were going to plan healthy meals for people, they had to meet strict criteria:


We are focused on sustainable, lifestyle nutrition, all while teaching you more about what to eat and how it heals and benefits the body. Unparalleled, non-negotiable taste is PARAMOUNT for us, for you. We live by the 80/20 rule. Eat well 80% of the time. Allow yourself 20% of the time to live life on the go, eat the cake, have fun and breathe.


We work to use ingredients several different ways during the week, to keep you eating well but to keep you from having to live in the kitchen.


We focus on utilizing the highest perishable items purchased for the week (from our grocery list), early on, eliminating waste.


Our chosen ingredients are ones you can easily find, pronounce, and swap for alternatives you love.

Totally Fit Meals: for anyone on the go, wanting to get healthy and energized

Totally Fit Mama and Baby: how to eat for a healthy pregnancy while giving your unborn baby the most nutrient dense foods for optimal development from the start, while still feeling sexy and confidant.

Totally Fit Mama Returns: Post partum mamas to get the baby body back and feeling energized. This plan is great for breastfeeding mama’s too without sacrificing milk supply. We want to help you build the right eating habits to live a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle, for you and your family

Totally Fit Mama Gets Personal: We offer personal and corporate consulting services based on individual needs, weight loss, dietary restrictions, and overall wellness education.

Additionally, we have an amazing App for our Totally Fit Mama At Home Workout. It gives you the freedom to work out in the comfort, convenience and privacy of your own home. All you need to get started are a few household items like a broomstick and soup cans.

No expensive or complicated workout equipment, and no gym membership fees.

Our At Home Workout was developed by world renown certified strength and conditioning specialist, Rob Macintyre. Rob has been training Milena (and many celebrities, athletes and Olympians for decades). I take you through each exercise with Rob’s help to teach you how to work out the right way from the start, so you get the results you want in a fun and very efficient way.

The passion Totally Fit Mama has to make a real difference for people, to affect their health and show them they CAN live healthy lives in a fun, easy, and affordable way, has become our labor of love. We have so much in store with amazing new protein bars soon to launch and so many incredible collaborations happening. We can’t wait to share them with the world!!
